I went in a completely different route with her stand. The short version is that she can "write" any physical expression on the punched cards (the little cards with holes) and alter the object's physics where the punched card is introduced. For example, she can change the Coefficient of friction of the ground so stuff on it can slide, or alter the boiling point of the water for any reason.
The complicated part is that she needs to know how to alter the expressions to make that happen so you need to study to make crazy stuff. The don't stop me now comes from the fact that she can bend reality in order to get what she wants, or she could in theory.
