just sort of vaugley the saloon the party's been using for getting Jobs and such. Tried to hit the general level of Scrunge apropriate for like, a biopunk setting, hence the red growths and general meatiness. its also a reference to the painting nighthawks which was of a diner set at sort of a slightly sureal angle and with the notable absence of any way to like, LEAVE the building from the outside, which was super appropriate for the general vibe of the campaign.
