Deer antlers simply look cooler from a characterdesign standpoint, but we don't really like to stick to the dimorphism of the animal kingdom.
Like, if I would design a peacock girl, I would go with the male feather look, simply because it looks nicer than the peahen's feathers.

I swear to God, @JustinSketchesYT never takes that hat off, they say it's their security hat and it keeps them confident and shit. Take the hat away from them, they will hunt it down, and if they can't find it, they get super shy and depressed.
