Some sort of jelly or slime, mix of a lot of organic mass, mix of various chemicals, and some water, just don't swallow and you should probably be fine... or swallow in small dosages over a long period of time and you may be able to develop an immunity in which case your rival kingdom may come to take your life and land and you won't be able to use her poisons to end it.
