Yeah, his old-school version would sometimes wear a cape, Jack Kirby usually gave them to kings or gods. He wore a larger cape in the 90's which is where I referenced this from.

she's supposed to be, yes. I admit I cheated with this one and the background is made out of premade brushes from ClipStudioPaint
