So basically this Mecha goes in gun blazing as fast as he can, runs out of ammo then proceed to leave :P

its an energy weapon so there's more shots in the gun than it looks since its a battery rather than a magazine, though the shots could be overcharged which drains faster and overheats the weapon

Speculation I've had with other people is that it kind of can, not well. It's very painful and makes the sound of knuckles cracking.

Mecha Skeleton. Haven't really thought of that but than again, it makes sense. Kinda like an Exoskeleton of an Animatronic :P
