Yup. Astra and Nova are both sibling rivals, as she only wanted to save the world for the sake of justice for the humanity, while Nova only wanted to save the world, even if he has to use destruction by force. This will be a devastating conflict to go for.

And the Hammer Wars is the name of the conflict.
