Society can be rough :( Competition, hard to be yourself without being judge (assuming you're judge for being nice for some reason), etc.

Well there are many things, specially when you are a neurodivergent and knows that you can be easily used by anyone. The hard time is to know to stop or to control myself, I do use sarcasm and small smirks, I'm very much giving more limits at who should I be nice to then in the past
but still is a struggle at just keeping a mask, specially when hiding things I deeply feel hurt because I know people (specially family) will brush off
