What's better?
It's an eternal light, meaning it doesn't die out.
Whether it's an electrical lantern or an oil one, it never dies.
It works especially when you play as Spelunker Whitney, as the darkness never makes her lose her sanity.

Reply: A scouter must see that you have enough quality to be scouted. If any case you were scouted by lost your scout, you must appeal to your lost scout so you can be scouted again.
