How hard it is to make 3D Low-Poly in Blender? :O

I can't really compare it other styles of models because atm I haven't made any models not in the low-poly style, however it's usually considered pretty beginner friendly. That model I worked on off and on from late December to mid February. I had a lot of frustration doing the texturing and rigging but I suppose the modeling itself wasn't too bad.
