@LizMas @Tyhond He means that Discord is getting blocked in Russia like X, Instagram and YouTube. But there is also ways to avoid DPI(site blocking, in general) like VPNs, extensions or special programmes based on WinDivert utility.
So to punish a country is to make everyone's life so much rougher ToT
